 Migration (Labour Market Testing) Amendment Determination (LIN 22/064) 2022 has been approved and have come into existence from 4th July 2022. The labour market testing instrument which existed prior to this Migration (LIN 18/036: Period, manner and evidence of labour market testing) Instrument 2018 has thus been amended.


As per the new change the name of the employment website of the Government of Australia which was formerly known as jobactive has been amended and changed to Workforce Australia. Thus the labour market testing advertising will be available under the new name Workforce Australia. Also all the advertisements, regarding the jobs which were previously posted in jobactive will be available on Workforce Australia effective from 4th July 2022.
